Don't break your spork in the Johnson County Jail. It could cost you.

Update 3:43 p.m.: Criminal Charge Dropped in Breaking of Nigh Indestructible Johnson County Jail Spork
A North Liberty woman is facing an additional criminal charge after she allegedly was caught on video intentionally breaking her (the jail's) spork while incarcerated for another offense in the Johnson County Jail.
At approximately 6:00 p.m. Sunday, Tera Grace Harris, 25, of North Liberty was being processed for third-degree theft and trespass, an aggravated and simple misdemeanor respectively, after she allegedly attempted to steal $564.91 worth of merchandise from Scheels Sports in the Coral Ridge Mall earlier in the day, according to criminal complaints.
Harris was offered the chance to eat the dinner at the jail before lockup and she accepted, according to the complaint. Jail officials say that Harris was shown intentionally breaking the $16 spork in an empty portion of her tray during dinner. Harris contested that the spork had broken due to the toughness of the roast beef that was being served for dinner.
