Michelle Obama Coming to Iowa City, Ticket Information Here

Aren't we special, another visit from the first family, this time Michelle Obama visiting the Sheraton Hotel in a free for the public event.


You knew the Obamas couldn't keep away from Eastern Iowa for more than a week.

First Lady Michelle Obama is making her way to Iowa City on Monday afternoon at the Sheraton Hotel Ballroom to give a speech to grassroot supporters. Doors open at 11:00 a.m. on Monday and the first lady will speak at some point after this before departing to do a similar event in Sioux City that is scheduled to be open to the public at 2:30 p.m.

According to the campaign, the First Lady will make her pitch to supporters about the importance of this election and for the importance to vote early if possible. Early voting ends in Iowa on Nov. 5.

Tickets for the Iowa City event are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the following location starting on Friday, October 26, from 9:00 AM – 9:00 p.m., and will continue if tickets are still available on Saturday, October 27, from 9:00 AM – 9:00 p.m.
