PHOTO: City High Art Students win Silver Medals in National Competitions

City High Art Students Shelby Clair and Emma Greimann won Silver Metals in the National competition for Scholastic Art and Writing Awards.

The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards are the largest source of recognition, exhibition, publication and scholarships for creative teens in the US.

Only 8 people from the state of Iowa won national awards.

They will be honored with their awards at the 90^th Anniversary national Awards Ceremony on a live Webcast from Carnegie Hall in New York City on Friday, May 31^st.
