Assault and Drunk Driving Charges: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
July 12:
Travis John Harris, 28, male, of 253 Lortz Drive, arrested at 6:28 p.m. at the same location, charged with child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of prescription drugs, disorderly house and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jenny Christine Moeller, 23, female, of 2810 Winchester Drive, arrested at 11:53 p.m. at the 2800 block of Eighth Avenue, charged with second-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
July 13:
Dustin Jerome Osborn, 23, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 12:17 a.m. at the 1500 block of Fifth Avenue, charged with driving while license under suspension and operating without registration.
Kenyon Carlos Cannon, 37, male, of Chicago, arrested at 5:16 a.m. at 890-16 Bentley Drive, charged with serious domestic assault with intent to injure and criminal trespassing.
Dallas James Ritchart, 19, male, of 1460-7 Meadowview Drive, arrested at 9:50 a.m. at the same location on a warrant.
