Assault and Public Intoxication: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion police. It does not indicate a conviction.
July 8:
Tyson Allen Strause, 38, male, of 1425 Black Hawk Drive, arrested at 4:57 p.m. at the 5200 block of 10th Avenue, charged with driving while barred - habitual offender and operating without registration.
Adam Michael Breitbach, 33, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 6:32 p.m. at 35th Street and Munier Road on a warrant.
Laurie Patricia Wilcox, 38, female, of 1160 10th St., arrested at 9:01 p.m. at the 1000 block of Seventh Avenue, charged with driving while license under suspension and no insurance - not accident-related.
July 9:
Kira Marie Mein, 20, female, of 1220-5 Meadowview Drive, arrested at 4:18 p.m. at 1200-5 Meadowview Drive, charged with serious domestic assault with injury.
James Louis Banks, 45, male, of 125 Southview Drive, arrested at 8:40 p.m. at the same location, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
