C Avenue to Reopen as 4-Way Stop at E. Knoll Drive/Echo Hill Road

The intersection of C Avenue and E. Knoll Drive/Echo Hill Road is scheduled to reopen Wednesday, July 10 as a 4-way stop with turn lanes to provide better traffic control. The intersection was previously a 2-way stop for east/west traffic, so drivers should take note of this change to a fully controlled intersection. In addition to the all-way stop signs and turn lanes, overhead flashing stop lights have been installed at the intersection. Pavement markings for lane delineation will be added by the contractor at a later date.
