Drug and Theft Charges: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
July 6:
Spencer Tracy Keeton, 48, male, of 930 Blairs Ferry Road, arrested at 5:20 p.m. at the same location, charged with interference with official acts.
Judy Kay Vincent, 61, female, of Hiawatha, arrested at 7:42 p.m. at 200 Menard Lane, charged with theft.
July 7:
Dallas James Ritchart, 19, male, of Toddville, arrested at 1:40 a.m. at the 1000 block of Seventh Avenue, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol by persons under the legal age.
James Earl Green Jr., 45, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 5:27 p.m. at Highway 100 and Munier Road, charged with drug possession/delivery, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph Herman Boots, 43, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 5:33 p.m. at Highway 100 and Munier Road, charged with driving while license under suspension, no insurance, not accident-related, and defective muffler.
