Drug Distribution Near Schools or Parks: Marion Police Blotter

June 24:
Ian Alex Jacobs, 29, male, of 990-1 33rd Ave., arrested at 11:46 p.m. at the same location, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, drug distribution near schools or parks, drug tax stamp violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly house.
Jessica Marie Jacobs, 30, female, of 990-1 33rd Ave., arrested at 11:46 p.m. at the same location, charged with disorderly house.
June 25:
Barbara Gene Peterson, 49, female, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 1:20 a.m. at the 300 block of Seventh Avenue, charged with second-degree operating while intoxicated and no insurance, not accident-related.
Christopher Craig Krause, 29, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 10:28 p.m. at English Cove Lane and Quail Trail Drive, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Robert Rea Ramirez, 29, male, of Central City, arrested at 11:29 p.m. at 1130 S. 12th St. on a warrant.
