Eluding Police and Possession of Drugs in a Drug-Free Zone: Marion Police Blotter

The following information was provided by the Marion Police. It does not indicate a conviction.

There were six arrests in today's police blotter, from July 31 to August 1.

Charges include possession of a controlled substance (PCS), possession of drug paraphernalia (PDP), driving while license under suspension (DWLUS), defective braking equipment, eluding police, driving while barred/habitual offender, violation of restricted license, excessive speed (auto), failure to obey control device, possession of drugs in a drug-free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia.

There was one juvenile arrest. That name has been blocked out on the PDF, as Patch does not typically print the names of juveniles who have been arrested.
