Keep Your Shirt On: Marion Pool Closed Through Wednesday But Splash Pad Open

Marion officials sent out a notice that the Marion Municipal Swimming Pool will be closed through Wednesday for mechanical repairs.

"A replacement part arrived today, but unfortunately did not fit properly," Amber Bisinger said in an email. "Different parts will be shipped overnight."

For children currently enrolled in Session 2 swimming lessons, make-up lessons have been scheduled for the same times July 1-3. 

As an alternative, the Thomas Park Splash Pad is open daily from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
