Manufacturing Meth, Other Charges: Marion Police Blotter

July 13:

Nicole Marie Harris, 26, female, of 253 Lortz Drive, arrested at 3 p.m. at the same location, charged with disorderly house.

Justin Michael McNabb, 31, male, of Lowden, arrested at 8:09 p.m. at Squaw Ridge Road and Dundrennan Lane, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while barred - habitual offender and excessive speed (auto).

Ryan Alan Tobin 29, male, no address give, arrested at 9:11 p.m. at the 4500 block of Highway 100, charged with drug possession/delivery, drug possession - ephedrine, methamphetamine manufacturing, driving while license under suspension, open container - driver and no insurance - not accident-related.

Jennifer Lyn Doughtery, 41, female, of 1032 Fourth St., arrested at 11:05 p.m. at 180 Collins Road N.E., charged with unlawful possession of prescription drugs.

Lucas John High, 29, male, of 960 S. Eighth St., arrested at 11:45 p.m. at the 4500 block of Highway 100, charged with drug possession/delivery, drug possession - ephedrine, methamphetamine manufacturing and open container - passenger.
