Public Intoxication and Theft: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion police. It does not indicate a conviction.
July 2:
Keri Ann McCorkle, 42, female, of 88 Birch Drive, arrested at 2:04 p.m. at the same location, charged with making a false report to law enforcement.
William Lloyd Burge Jr., 53, male, of 1385-8 Meadowview Drive, arrested at 6:58 p.m. at the same location on a warrant.
Brandon Robert Carter, 25, male, of 174 Derek Drive, arrested at 9:46 p.m. at Birch Drive and Midway Drive, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
July 9:
Shanise Jean Williams, 20, female, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 8:41 p.m. at 5491 Highway 151, charged with fourth-degree theft.
July 10:
John Robert Bauman, 36, male, of Mount Vernon, arrested at 10:35 a.m. at the 2800 block of 10th Avenue, charged with driving while barred - habitual offender, no insurance - not accident-related and excessive speed (auto).
