Drunk Driving, Disorderly House and Drug Charges: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
July 10:
Heidi Noreen Tremain, 31, female, of 2190 Agate St., arrested at 6:10 p.m. at Boyson Court and Boyson Road, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated/drugged, failure to use safety belts, operating without registration, driving without license and no insurance - not accident-related.
July 11:
Natasha Clarice Finn, 34, female, of 3150-1 Ninth St., arrested at 11:30 a.m. at the same location on a warrant and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly house.
Andrew Dean Denny, 34, male, of Springville, arrested at 6:26 pm. at 50th Street and Mission Avenue, charged with driving while license under suspension and no insurance - not accident-related.
July 12:
Joseph Windsor Hubbard, 22, male, of 825-N1 26th St., arrested at 3:15 p.m. at 825-N6 26th St., charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Daniel William Coleman, 28, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 6:17 p.m. at 253 Lortz Drive, charged with possession of a controlled substance,  possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly house.
