Need a Coach for Life? Linn-Mar Parent Makes a Living at It: Patch Business Spotlight

Jennifer Lewis's job is pretty straightforward: make your life better. 

"My mission is to inspire and empower those seeking greater levels of fulfillment in spiritual growth, career, family, and life to create focus and enhance their daily living," Lewis told Patch. 

The Linn-Mar parent is the owner of No Limits Life Coaching in Cedar Rapids. Lewis opened the business in 2011 doing pro bono work.

In 2012, she completed a certification program through The Center for Applied Positive Psychology Institute becoming a Certified Personal and Executive Coach. At this point, she gave up on a full-time corporate career to focus on her business. 

No Limits offers "one-on-one coaching, couples coaching, group coaching, workshops, classes and public speaking on self empowerment, raising happiness levels and a variety of other topics designed to equip people with tools to make changes in their own lives," Lewis said.

Lewis also offers Reiki, a healing technique, and coaching for pre-teens during those challenging years. 

A nine session coaching/healing package is the most popular service, Lewis said.
