Public Intox, Driving with Suspended License and Theft: Marion Police Blotter

From Marion Police:

Mary Michelle Neverman, 47, of Marion, was arrested for interference with official acts and public intoxication at 4:02 a.m. on June 10 at 1560 2nd Ave.

Lonnie James Rose, 41, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested for public intoxication at 11:40 a.m. of June 10 at 290 W. 8th Ave.

Laura Beth Burger, 33, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a registration at 5:33 p.m. on June 10 at 3rd Street and 9th Avenue.

Cory Michael Demory, 29, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested for driving with a suspended license, no insurance and failure to obey a stop sign at 5:24 p.m. on June 12 at 35th Street and Munier Road. 

A 13-year-old Marion boy was arrested for fifth-degree theft at 8:20 p.m. at June 12 at 5491 Highway 151.

Andrew Bruce Shank, 22, of Cedar Rapids, was arrested for public intoxication at 10:55 p.m. at June 12 at the 2000 block of 5th Ave.
