Public Intoxication and Drunk Driving: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion police. It does not indicate a conviction.
June 28:
Christopher Craig Welch, 21, male, of Mount Vernon, arrested at 4:33 p.m. at the 1300 block of Fifth Ave., charged with driving while license restricted.
June 29:
David Michael Aitchison, 56, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 12:07 a.m. at the 200 block of Blairs Ferry Road, charged with third-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged, driving without license and no insurance, not accident-related.
Tristan James Sabatino, 29, male, of 2295 Northview Drive, arrested at 12:37 a.m. at 755 Seventh Ave., charged with possession of a controlled substance and consumption in public/intoxication.
Robert Lee McCorkle Jr., 44, male, of 88 Birch Drive, arrested at 3:32 a.m. at the same location, charged with serious domestic assault with injury.
Cody Joseph Heiser, 18, male, of 295 Third Avenue, arrested at 4:57 p.m. at 750 Marion Blvd. on a warrant.
