Theft and Forgery: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion police. It does not indicate a conviction.
June 22:
Daniel Timothy Tollstam, 32, male, of 1510-15 44th St., arrested at 5:43 p.m. at the 1500 block of Blairs Ferry Road, charged with driving while license under suspension and failure to display registration plates.
Joseph Michael Skidmore, 31, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 10:09 p.m. at the 200 block of Blairs Ferry Road, charged with second-degree operating while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.
Laura Ann Colling, 30, female, of 1260 11th St., arrested at 10:45 p.m. at 800 11th St., charged with forgery, fifth-degree theft and interference with official acts.
June 23:
Daniel Jimmy Tallabas, 65, male, of 877 15th Ave., arrested at 7:36 p.m. at the same location, charged with simple domestic assault.
Daniel James Moen, 49, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 8:15 p.m. at 200 Menard Lane, charged with theft.
