Uptown Marion Merchants Highlighted in Annual Harvest Moon Chocolate Walk

September 17, 2013 – Over 30 participating merchants will be featured at the Annual Harvest Moon Chocolate Walk on Friday, October 4 from 8:00 – 10:30 p.m. in Uptown Marion.  Shoppers are invited to stroll Uptown Marion where they will find a chocolate treat in every participating business.  Shoppers will have the chance to win one of two $100 gift certificates to participating Uptown Marion businesses by showing a receipt at the information booth located at 7th Avenue and 11th Street.  Cash or canned food donations for the Marion Food Pantry are also encouraged and will be collected at the information booth.  Live entertainment will be featured throughout the district by local talent Billy Lee Janey, Adam Beck and John Schultz.
