City Of Urbandale: Parking Ban In Effect

Due to the amount of snow forecast in the area, the City of Urbandale Snow Ordinance will go into effect at noon on January 14, 2022.

All vehicles must be moved to off-street parking. It is important to remember the Snow Ordinance applies to all Urbandale streets and the ordinance remains in effect until the streets are completely plowed from curb to curb AND it has stopped snowing. This applies to all Urbandale streets. Once the snow has been cleared from curb-to-curb, and it has stopped snowing, you can park on the street again. If a vehicle is not removed from the street it may be ticketed or towed.
