Strengthening Families Program: For Parents and Youth 10-14 (SFP 10-14).  This free program helps families learn to manage emotions, set goals, avoid peer pressure, make better decisions and create better relationships. Parents learn how to show love while setting limits, how to listen to their children, and how to help family members show appreciation to each other. 

This is an evidence-based parent, youth, and family skills-building curriculum that: 

• Prevents teen substance abuse and other behavior problems
• Strengthens parent/youth communication skills
• Increases academic success in youth 
• Prevents violence and aggressive behavior at home and at school
