1. Urbandale vs. Johnston Varsity football game

Where/When: Frerichs Field/Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

Why Go: Urbandale and Johnston are both 2-1 and looking for that third win. Urbandale fans are encouraged to wear black.

2. Waukee girls volleyball tournaments

3. Photography WorkshopΒ 

Where/When: Living History Farms/Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Why Go:Β Photography experts who specialize in Canon, Nikon and Tamron cameras and will offer a workshop on basic and advanced photography.Β

4. Vitality Choreography Camp

Where/When: Urbandale High School Choir Room/Sunday noon to 5 p.m.
Why Go: A choreography camp held for teens.Β
