New Year's Holiday: What's Open, What's Closed in Urbandale

As you're preparing to celebrate the new year, here's what you need to know when out and about in Urbandale.
Urbandale city offices will be closed at noon Monday, Dec. 31 and all day Tuesday, Jan. 1.
The Urbandale Public Library will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on New Year's Eve, but will remain closed all day New Year's Day.
Yard/Trash/Recycling will be delayed one day starting on Tuesday.
Urbandale Schools will remain on winter break for the New Year's holiday.
Urbandale Chamber offices will be closed on Tuesday to celebrate the New Year.
The United States Postal Service will close retail stores at noon on Monday. The office will remained closed on Tuesday.
