Police Blotter Rewind: Stolen Earrings, Supplying Alchol to Minors

The Urbandale police reports below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions.

Dec. 26
Stephanie Carra, 42 of Indianola, was arrested for taking a pair of earrings, worth $20, from Kohl's.

A 36-year-old woman reported someone broke out a window of her vehicle.

Justin Gerlach, 31 of Des Moines, was arrested for forgery, counterfeiting credit cards.

Dec. 31
Andre Rutledge, 28 of Urbandale was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Merima Skrebo, 20 of Clive, was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Jan. 1
Matthew Washburn, 35 of Urbandale, was arrested for public intoxication.

A 41-year-old man reported a theft from her vehicle and hotel room at the Ramada Inn, 5000 Merle Hay Road.

Kum & Go, 6990 Douglas Avenue, reported a gas drive-off.

Dale Koester, 69, was arrested for shoplifting from Kmart, 7501 Hickman Road.

Taylor Green, 25, was arrested for supplying alcohol to minors. Three juveniles were arrested for minor in possession of alcohol.

James Ruedy, 44, was arrested for public intoxication.

A 56-year-old woman reported a possible harassment at her home.

A 30-year-old man reported theft from a construction trailer.

The Plumbing Company reported someone damaged the door lock in attempt to gain entry. No entry was made and no property was taken.

Jan. 3
Two female juveniles were arrested for shoplifting from Kohls.
