Second OWI, Fuel Theft: Urbandale Police Blotter
Several reports were taken Feb. 15 to Feb. 19 by the Urbandale Police Department.
The Urbandale police reports below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions.
Feb. 15
A 16-year-old male was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Feb. 18
Youssouf Zougmore, 30 of Des Moines, was arrested for second OWI, driving while revoked and no insurance.
Feb. 19
Pilot Travel Center reported the theft of fuel.
