UPDATE: Two Kansas Murder Suspects Arrested at Urbandale Hy-Vee

Two other suspects were found hiding in the trunk of a car; they are wanted for questioning in a Jan. 10 homicide in Mayette, Kan.

Four people connected to a Jan. 10 homicide in Kansas were arrested in Urbandale Thursday night, according to a news release from the Urbandale Police Department.

On Thursday, Urbandale patrol officers received a broadcast to be on the lookout for two suspects wanted for homicide in Kansas. The suspects were found by officers at the Urbandale Hy-Vee, 8701 Douglas Ave.

The two alleged suspects wanted in the Kansas incident were taken into custody. A total of four people were arrested, the department's release said.

KCCI News Channel 8 reportsΒ a man and a womanΒ are suspects in the death of 29-year-old Kevin Stanley of Mayette, Kan.

Urbandale police say Lloyd Alan Wabaunsee, 22, of Topeka, Kan., and Disiree Shopteese, 22, of Denison, Kan., were both arrested o Kansas homicide warrants.

Also arrseted wereΒ Aaron Vance Lofton, 29, of Topeka, Kan., andΒ Rachel Dawn Hudson, 36, of Holton, Kan., both on Kansas warrants for obstructing justice.

All four were arrested by Urbandale Police and taken to the Polk County Jail.

According to KCCI, Shopteese was the former finace of a man - David Tiscareno, who shot and killed two Topeka police officers on Dec. 16. Tiscareno was shot to death the next day.
