Urbandale Increases Park Facility Rental Rates

The new fees will take effect on July 1.

It will cost you a bit more when it comes to reserving rental space through the city of Urbnadale.

The Urbandale city council approved increases to the rental rates for park facilities. The changes take effect on July 1.

The increases are the first since December 2010.

The approved rates also adjust the times for renting to better align rental times with renter comments.  The approved rates are for the Lions Park Shelter, Senior Recreation Center's Community Room, and the new Walker Johnston Shelter currently under construction.
