Urbandale Police Blotter Rewind: OWI, Copper Theft

he Urbandale police reports below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions.

Feb. 15
A 16-year-old male was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Feb. 18
Youssouf Zougmore, 30 of Des Moines, was arrested for second OWI, driving while revoked and no insurance.

Feb. 19
Pilot Travel Center reported the theft of fuel.

A 40-year-old man was arrested for violation of no contact order.

Feb. 20
Jared O'Hara, 31 of Urbandale, was arrested for theft.

Kohl's reported the theft of jewelry.

Feb. 21
Berger Law Firm reported the theft of a FedEx package.

A 34-year-old man reported his identity was stolen.

A 55-year-old man reported his wallet was stolen.

Officers observed a minor property damage accident involving a truck and fence. Upon arrival at the scene Kerry Carlberg, 46 of Urbandale, was arrested for for driving under the influence, and charged with operating a motor vehicle intoxicated and child endangerment and failure to maintain control.

Feb. 22
Domonic Cooper, 31 or Urbandale, was arrested for assault, public intoxication, driving while suspended and interference with official acts.

Timothy Hickman, 31 of Kansas City, was arrested for forgery/counterfeiting and theft.

Feb. 23
A&J Electric reported the theft of cooper.

Feb. 24
Keyann Williams, 30 of Des Moines, was arrested when for eating food at IHOP and left without paying.
