Don't Forget to 'Fall Back' Tonight, Waukee
Daylight Saving Time ends tomorrow morning at 2 a.m. Don't forget to set your clock back one hour tonight before you go to bed.

Does that 6 a.m. alarm feel more like the middle of the night? It should. With Daylight Saving Time ending officially Sunday at 2 a.m., things are going to start looking a little darker during your morning routine.
Remember, before you go to bed on Saturday, Nov. 3, set your clocks back one hour. "Falling back” will make you feel like you just gained an hour's worth of sleep. While many electronic devices automatically adjust when Daylight Saving Time begins or ends, you can never be too sure, so double check.
When you change your clocks in the fall and spring, it’s also a good time to change smoke detector batteries and check to make sure device are in working order.
Besides an extra hour of sleep, what else could you accomplish with another hour of daylight? Well, on Saturday night, you could go see Monkey, Monkey, Monkey at Mickey's Irish Pub. Bars are usually open an extra hour that night.
Or, if you're the spiritual type and are looking for a new place to worship, check out any one of Waukee's churches and their service times below:
