A Healthy for Life Seminar will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 10 at 5 p.m. at Point of Grace. The event is free and open to the public.
The seminar is intended to introduce individuals and families to local food producers and suppliers of organic produce, meats, eggs and prepared foods.
