The Waukee Area Christian Free Clinic provides the community with these much needed services:

• Illness / Minor Injury Care
• Well Child Exams
• Sports / School Physicals
• Employment Physicals
• Chronic Disease Management
• Diabetes - Blood Glucose Testing
• High Blood Pressure Testing
• Patient Assistance Program Enrollment

The Free clinic is open Mondays from 6 to 8 p.m. Patient registration is from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Waukee Area Christian Free Clinic is located in the basement of the Westview Church, 1155 S.E. Boone Dr.
