Fender Benders and Suspended Drivers Fill the Waukee Police Blotter

Aug. 20

Karey Larkins, 39, of Waukee was arrested and charged with driving while suspended. Larkins was also cited for failure to maintain a registration plate.

Aug. 22

A vehicle driven by Jordan Eisheid of Waukee was struck by a vehicle driven by John Allen of West Des Moines. Vehicle damage was estimated at $1,600.

A vehicle driven by Sarah Andrew of Waukee was struck by a vehicle driven by Ryan Grochala of Des Moines. Vehicle damage was estimated at $2,200. Andrew was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.

Aug. 23

Brandon Rice, 27, of Urbandale was arrested and charged with driving while suspended. Rice was also cited for no proof of insurance and improper use of registration.

Aug. 24

A vehicle driven by Linda Henson of Clive was struck by a vehicle driven by Makenna Hintz of Cumming. Vehicle damage was estimated at $5,200. Henson was cited for failure to yield upon entering a through highway.

A vehicle driven by Miriam Heuermann of Urbandale was struck by a vehicle driven by Christina Johnson of Waukee. Vehicle damage was estimated at $1,400.
