IHSAA Announces District and Substate Baseball Pairings
The Iowa High School Athletic Association has announced its district and substate baseball pairings for next week's games. Find out how Waukee fared in the match-ups.
The Iowa High School Athletic Association released its district and substate baseball pairings for Class 4-A schools this week.
In Class 4-A play, will face Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson High School at 7 p.m. next Friday, July 13 at Waukee High School.
Waukee is 23-9 heading into the quarterfinals. Thomas Jefferson is 3-26.
Other pairings in Class 4-A, Substate 8, include Council Bluffs Lewis Central vs. West Des Moines Valley, and Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln vs. Des Moines East at Des Moines Hoover. Both match-ups will take place in the metro next Friday at 7 p.m.

If they advance, Waukee will face the winner of the Lewis Central/West Des Moines Valley game in the semifinals Saturday.
