January Thaw: Waukee Weather Forecast Looks to Warm Up this Week
Expect some chance for precipitation, but temperatures should stay above freezing this week.

If you have a chance this week, get outside and enjoy the nice, warm(ing) weather.
According to a forecast from the National Weather Service, high temperatures in Waukee look as if they will hover in the 40-degree range for most of the week, soaring to 46 degrees on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Weather website Weather Underground predicts the warmest day of the week will be Friday.

It's not all sunshine and lollipops this week, however, as Thursday could bring with it a good chance for rain, according to weather.com. Forecasts call for a 50 percent chance of a rain/snow mix on Saturday and a more seasonable high of 26 degrees.
