Parking Ban In Waukee Extends To Saturday
City crews will be plowing the roads for the next two days and parking is not allowed during that time.
WAUKEE, IA — A snow emergency parking ban went into effect in Waukee at noon Thursday and will continue for 48 hours, expiring at noon Saturday. During the ban, parking is prohibited on all city streets in order to allow for proper snow removal.
Per Waukee Municipal Code, section 502.17, vehicles in violation of the parking ban are subject to a $25 fine and/or towing.
The city will provide parking ban alerts throughout the winter as needed on the city website.
