Police Blotter: Accidents and Other Moving Violations in Waukee
Waukee police responded to several traffic accidents as well as suspended drivers, OWI and other miscellaneous violations behind the wheel last week.

July 16
John Robnett, 43, of Waukee was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (first offense).

A vehicle driven by Barbara Ahrens of Waukee was struck by a vehicle driven by Claire Martin of Clive. Vehicle damage was estimated at $1,000.
July 17

Donald Duong, 32, of Waukee was arrested and charged with driving while suspended and failure to obey a stop sign.
July 18
Kenneth Ary, 29, of Des Moines was arrested and charged with driving while suspended. Ary was also cited for failure to use headlights and improper use of registration.
A vehicle driven by Ethan Eckhoff of Minburn was struck by a vehicle driven by Tayler McClarey of West Des Moines. Vehicle damage was estimated at $2,500. McClarey was cited for no proof of insurance.
July 22
Anthony Johnson, 24, of Des Moines was arrested and charged with driving while suspended.
A vehicle driven by Brandon Larsen of Des Moines failed to obey a stop sign and went into a ditch. Vehicle damage was estimated at $20,000. Larsen was cited for failure to have a valid driver's license.
