Police Blotter: Single Vehicle Accident, Car vs. Deer and a Suspended Driver
Waukee police responded to a handful of accidents and a suspended driver last week in Waukee.

Oct. 10
A vehicle driven by Bradley Sittig of Des Moines veered off the road in the 600 block of Third Street striking a legally parked vehicle and wires attached to a utility pole. Vehicle damage was estimated at $1,800.

Oct. 11
A vehicle driven by Patrick Leer of Waukee struck a deer on Southeast Westgate Drive. Vehicle damage estimated at $1,000.

Oct. 12
Ben Jameson, 47, of Des Moines was arrested and charged with driving while suspended. Jameson was also cited for no proof of insurance and speeding.
