Police Blotter: Traffic Accidents and a Suspended Driver Reported in Waukee
Several traffic accidents and a suspended driver were reported in Waukee last week.

Oct. 1
A vehicle driven by Donna Stall of Waukee was struck by a vehicle driven by Blake Zynda of Urbandale. Vehicle damage was estimated at $3,300. Zynda was cited for failure to obey a stop sign and failure to prove security against liability.

A vehicle driven by Jason Ostrem of Waukee struck a legally parked vehicle in the 100 block of Southeast Westgate Drive. Vehicle damage was estimated at $505.

A vehicle driven by Krissa Leblanc of Waukee was struck by a vehicle driven by Kelsey McDonald of Waukee. Vehicle damage was estimated at $4,500. McDonald was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.
Oct. 3
Isaac Bright, 25, of Waukee was arrested and charged with driving while suspended.
Oct. 5
A vehicle driven by Baxter Richardson of Waukee struck a deer at an intersection on 161st Street in Clive. Vehicle damage was estimated at $2,000.
Oct. 8
A vehicle driven by Loren Schurman of Des Moines drove through an intersection on Alice's Road and went into a ditch. Vehicle damage was estimated at $500. Schurman was cited for failure to maintain control.
