Police: Burglary Attempted at Waukee Dance Studio

Waukee police responded to a report of an attempted burglary at a dance studio in Waukee last week.

Someone must have been very anxious to get to class at one area dance studio last week.

On Oct. 10, a manager of the Westside Dance Academy, reported an attempted burglary to the business at 125 N.E. Dartmoor Dr.

The report said the manager found marks on the front door as if someone attempted to enter the business but was not able to get in.

There was no major damage reported.
