Police 'Smoke' Out Two Area Men; Charge Them with Possession

Two area men were arrested and taken to Dallas County jail last week after they were caught smoking pot in their car.

say shortly after 1 a.m. on July 26, during a routine patrol, an officer came upon two men in a vehicle parked on private property in the 400 block of Southeast Pleasant View Drive in Waukee.

When an officer approached the vehicle, he found Walker Desing, 19, of Urbandale and Nathan Irmiter, 22, of Clive allegedly smoking marijuana.

Both Desing and Irmiter were charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were arrested and taken to the Dallas County jail.
