Police: Waukee Juvenile Arrested Twice for Same Offenses

Waukee Police responded to several reports last week including two incidents by the same juvenile that occurred over two separate days.

Around 7 p.m. on the night of May 29, Waukee Police were called to a residence in the 600 block of North Little Walnut Creek Drive to assist with an alleged disruptive juvenile.

At the residence, a 16 year-old male was arrested and charged with criminal mischief (third degree), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule 1 drugs.

In a separate incident the following day, May 30, police were again called to the North Little Walnut Creek residence and arrested the same 16 year-old male. At that time, he was charged with criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In both the May 29 and 30 incidents, damage was reported at the residence. Total damage estimates were not available.

The juvenile was taken to Meyer Hall in Des Moines and referred to juvenile court.
