Unpaid Storage Unit Auction to Be Held Saturday

An unpaid storage unit auction will be held in Waukee on Saturday at 9 a.m.

Are you a fan of "Storage Wars?" If so, then we have the perfect Saturday morning outing for you.

, at 720 S.E. Frontier Ave., will be auctioning off up to four unpaid storage units Saturday morning beginning at 9 a.m.

The auction is free and open to the public. All sales are final and only cash will be accepted. All winning bidders must have the units clear within 48 hours of the auction.  

The following units and contents will be auctioned off to the highest bidder on Saturday unless the cost of the past due costs are paid by start time:

  • Unit F27 - Jill McPherson - Marcy Exercise Bike (still in box), electronic dart board, boombox radio, and miscellaneous items.
  • Unit G11 - Roscoe Ries - Couch, chair, barstools, coffee table, table & chairs, suitcase, fondue set, and several full totes of miscellaneous items.
  • Unit A02 - Tony Spring - Pool table, camping supplies/equipment, concrete mixer, crib, snow blower, bikes, couch, and miscellaneous furniture.
  • Unit A12 - Brad Rector - Desk, wooden cabinet unit, dresser, snow sled, books, CDs, office desk chair, garden planters, and other miscellaneous household items.
