“This new group embraces a huge range of styles and makes each piece their own,” said Cindy DePond, Waukee Area Arts Council. “I know we are in for a wonderful eclectic evening of vocal harmonizing.”

The group’s director Sarah Hobart formed Roslyn Stone a little over a year ago. The current lineup of singers have all been classically trained to some extent, and have been in many choral ensembles. In their first year, Roslyn Stone has performed at The Festival of Trees and Lights, The Salisbury House, Fourth Street Theater, The Des Moines Arts Festival, and in their home base of Unity Church where they will once again hold a holiday concert in December. Find them on Facebook or watch the website for more details www.roslynstone.com.
