Waukee Man Banned from Drake Relays for Facebook Comment

A Waukee man who joked about leaving a backpack near the starting line of the Drake Relays last April, was visited by police, according to the Des Moines Register.

Des Moines Police Chief Judy Bradshaw said officers use social media sites to glean information and the unidentified Waukee man was visted by police at both his home and office.

He wasn't charged with anything but he was banned from the Drake Relays, the article said.
