Former Waukee Middle School Assistant Principal Heads to Ankeny

The Ankeny Community School district has hired Jodie Graham, a former assistant principal at , to their administration staff. 

Graham, according to a story on The Des Moines Register's website, will be the new assistant principal at Ankeny High School.

Graham will begin her duties at the high school effective July 1.

The announcement comes on the heels of another former Waukee administrator taking on a new position in Ankeny. Bruce Kimpston, former assistant superintendent of human resources for the Waukee school district, was named the new superintendent of Ankeny schools Monday night.

Kimpston replaces outgoing superintendent Matthew Wendt, who resigned last week to take a job in the Oswego, Ill. Kimpston has been with Ankeny schools since 2009.
