Roma June Blake, 89, of Waukee died at Legacy Point Care Center in Waukee, Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
She taught school before becoming a homemaker and helping her husband run their farm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Iowa Health Hospice, Waukee Christian Church, or Dallas Center United Methodist Church.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial graveside service will be held at the Waukee Cemetery on Saturday, May 25, at 2:30 p.m.
