Waukee Police: Two Arrested for Operating While Intoxicated

Drunk driving resulted in the arrest of two people from the Des Moines area last week, according to the latest Waukee police blotter.

Drunken driving was responsible for the arrest of two people from the Des Moines area last week.

Just after 2 a.m. on Sept. 29, Molly McCormick of Dallas Center was pulled over by Waukee police at the intersection of Southeast Boone and Southeast Olson Drives.

McCormick, 23, was charged with operating while intoxicated. It was her first offense.

Then, on Sept. 30 at 2:33 a.m., Ryan Krebs of West Des Moines was stopped at the intersection of Hickman Road and Warrior Lane.

Krebs, 33, was also charged with operating while intoxicated, his third offense, as well as driving while suspended.
