Men's Night Out - BROGA - at Kris' Hot Yoga
A yoga class just for men? Yes, please! Guys, if you've been wanting to try out yoga but were afraid of what the ladies might think, you might want to come to Men's Night out at tonight at 6 p.m.

Tonight's class will be a masculine yoga class - taught by a male instructor. Followed up by prizes and refreshments - most likely involving bacon and beer!
Cost is $15 drop-in or you can try 3 classes for $10.00.

Saturday
Youth Rugby Trial Class at the Waukee Family YMCA
Stop out to the Waukee Family YMCA this Saturday at 9 a.m and give the YMCA's newest youth sport, non-contact rugby, a try!Â
Coaches will talk about the details of the sport and program with parents and kids for a few minutes and then have kids play a short scrimmage to get the feel of the game and see if they're interested. It will be a good time for all!
