Zombies Attack Waukee (VIDEO)

Students on the Teen Advisory Board at the Waukee Public Library joined together Oct. 31 to recreate Michael Jackson's "Thriller" in Waukee.

If you were driving past the Waukee Public Library on Oct. 31, you might have thought Waukee was under attack by zombies. 

No worries. That was just the Library's Teen Advisory Board.

The TAB students, Waukee Public Library and Waukee Middle School all worked together that day to recreate Michael Jackson's "Thriller" music video.

The entire project was created with the help of Erin McDonough, Erik Surber, Ian Coon, Nick Plorins and Tori Rothman. A special thanks goes out to the big hippo in the video. That's Hemingway, the Library's new mascot.
