• Gary W. Sobba (linncountyjournal.com) — La Cygne is mourning the passing of 77-year-old resident Gary Wynn Sobba, a longtime construction business owner who helped build homes across the community. Born in Garnett and later founder of Sobba Construction, he also loved farming and raising cattle, and is remembered by his sons, sister, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
