Two people found dead after possible late night shooting in central Topeka (ksnt.com) — Two people were found dead late Friday night after Topeka police responded to a possible shooting in the 900 block of Lincoln Ave. Officers say everyone involved appears to be accounted for and they do not believe there is ongoing danger to the community, but the investigation is still active. Authorities will release more details as they become available.

Teen Leadership Camp to take place in Topeka (ksnt.com) — Teens in Topeka can sign up now for a free four-day Teen Leadership Camp over winter break, focused on conflict de-escalation, career exploration, and urban farming. Organizers hope participants will bring fresh ideas back to neighborhood decision-makers.
